Seattle – My home away from home. I first went to Seattle in 2000 with a couple of girlfriends for a Bastard Nation Conference. I fell in love with the city immediately, and the following year returned with Steve. During that visit, we stumbled upon Bumbershoot a 4 day (now 3 day) music and arts festival held every Labor Day weekend. We’ve been back every year since then.
